Making fun plans with friends shouldn’t feel like admin.

What used to take one text and five minutes of planning now takes months of back-and-forth, shared calendars, and “let’s try for next month.” Somewhere along the way, hanging out became hard, but I don’t think it needs to be. Field Trip was born from that frustration and from a love of premium, well-designed  experiences that just get it.

When I was in my mid-twenties, I lived in a house called The Vortex. It was this chaotic, social hub where people just showed up. No plans, no pressure. That effortless sense of togetherness has stuck with me ever since, and it’s that ease that I want to bring back to socialising.
